Your first step is 2 parts:
A) learning how to optimally deliver the services and
B) how to SELL the services. (It doesn’t matter if you know how to do something if you can’t get anyone to book you to do it.)
Step 2: You need to then deliver the work and largely that is in part through a portfolio project. Learning by DOING. It’s part of the plan we give you.
The 3rd step FULLY LEVERAGING the momentum you just built in step 2. Now you fill your roster with clients and projects. You made moves earlier to make this step a reality.
Beyond that is when we see grads of our training — INsiders in our community — refine, specialize and expand their businesses.
